Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Customers can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exemptions

Sale items and perishable goods such as food are exempt from being returned. Gift cards and downloadable products cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
